Fun at the Zoo

We took Ryan to the Tucson Zoo for the first time last weekend. My Mom, Sister, and nieces came down to visit so we thought that it was a perfect time to go. Well... the rest of Tucson though so to! It was parks and rec day so the zoo and mini-train were free. The Zoo was crazy busy but we still had a blast. The animals are so close; we were able to clearly see them all. Abigail and Addyson really seemed to enjoy themselves. This was not their first trip to a zoo but it was definitely the first time they had been this close. Ryan also enjoyed the zoo. He liked the exhibits with water the best. The girls were super cute when we were visiting the giraffes. They kept stating that they (the giraffes) pooped, and holding their noses. It was too cute!! We then took a ride around the pond on a mini-train. Ryan loved the train! He stood up and looked out the side the whole ride. He really did not care that I was there; he just loved riding in the train. At one point the train got a little to close to the water and we thought we might fall in. We decided that if we fell we should grab our kids and swim away from the mess so no one pulled us in. Don't worry; once our kids were safe we would have gone back for the others. We promise! Ryan's first zoo trip was awesome! The Tucson Zoo is the perfect size for kiddos!
